To register for and use the PS888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Service:
PS888 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be registered by persons under the minimum age requirement will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities. The 18+ minimum does not imply that gambling is lawful in Pakistan — players must independently verify their local legal obligations.
To open an Account with PS888, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.
You must provide a valid email address, a unique username and a secure password at the time of registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. PS888 will never request your password via email or live chat.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at PS888's discretion at any other time, you may be required to complete KYC verification. This process typically requires submission of the following documents:
PS888 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
By accessing and using the PS888 Platform, you agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge and accept that:

The deposit methods available to you will depend on your jurisdiction, the operator's current supported integrations and your account status. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 1,000 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. PS888 reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
The primary account currency for Pakistani players is Pakistani Rupee (PKR). Where deposits are made in other currencies, conversion to PKR will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction, which may include a spread or fee depending on your payment provider.
PS888 reserves the right to verify the source of deposited funds at any time as part of its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. Unexplained or suspicious transactions may be flagged, and the relevant Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Only deposit funds that you can afford to lose. Never deposit funds that are intended for essential expenses such as rent, bills, food or debt repayment. Gambling involves real financial risk.
Withdrawals may only be processed by Players who have successfully completed KYC verification as described in Section 4.2. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is complete.
Withdrawal processing times are indicative only and depend on the selected withdrawal method, your account verification status and the operator's current processing queue. Typical processing times range from same-day to five (5) business days. PS888 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.
PS888 does not charge withdrawal fees on its end. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction or processing fees. PS888 is not responsible for any third-party fees incurred during the withdrawal process.
PS888 may from time to time offer bonuses, welcome offers, reload promotions, free bets and other incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.
Bonus figures referenced on the Platform — for example, a 100% Welcome Offer up to PKR 25,000, a Sports Starter up to PKR 10,000, or a Cricket Weekend Offer up to PKR 15,000 — are illustrative examples only. They do not represent guaranteed live promotions. Actual offers available to you at any given time may differ.
All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer will be clearly stated in the specific offer's terms (for example, a typical requirement may be 25x to 35x the bonus amount). Players must satisfy the full wagering requirement within the stated expiry period.
Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 days depending on the offer) will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
PS888 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim bonuses and any associated winnings in cases where it suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated tools, or placing low-risk offsetting bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Any decision by PS888 in this regard is final.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content without PS888's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit PS888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
PS888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:
You may close your Account at any time by contacting PS888 support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be processed and any active bonus terms satisfied or waived. Account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations owed to PS888.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the applicable operator holds its gaming licence. PS888 does not represent that this jurisdiction is Pakistan or that its operations are licensed under Pakistani law.
In the event of a dispute between you and PS888, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a resolution cannot be reached informally within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanisms available under the applicable operator licence.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
PS888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by posting an updated version of the Terms on the Platform with a revised "last updated" date, and where appropriate, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your Account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account immediately.
